Orders and Shipping

The most accurate way is to search by your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). You can also search by the OEM part number. If you are unsure, contact our support team with your VIN, and we will verify the fitment for you.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive an estimated delivery date once your order is processed.

Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update once the package leaves our warehouse.

Currently, we only offer Standard Shipping for all orders. This allows us to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. You can find the estimated delivery time for your region on our checkout page before completing your purchase.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our support team immediately via email or our contact form. We can only update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Since we aim for fast delivery, most orders are processed within a few hours, so please reach out as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.

Your confirmation email and invoice are automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately after your order is placed. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it’s still missing after 10 minutes, please contact our support team with your full name, and we will resend it to you manually.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately via our contact form or by replying to your confirmation email. Since we process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we can only cancel your purchase if it hasn’t left our warehouse. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation to speed up the process. Once the order is marked as “Shipped,” it can no longer be canceled and will follow our standard return procedure.

Currently, we only ship to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are dispatched from our domestic warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery for our U.S. customers.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you change your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong part, you may return the item for a refund. However, please note that all “Change of Mind,” “Accidentally Ordered,” or “No Longer Needed” returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To qualify for a return, the part must be in its original packaging, unused, and show no signs of installation.

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Take Photos: Capture clear images of the damaged exterior packaging (before opening) and the damaged part itself.

  • Keep Everything: Do not discard the box or any packing materials, as the carrier may need to inspect them for a claim.

  • Contact Us: Send the photos and your order number to our support team via our contact form or by replying to your confirmation email.

We will prioritize your case and arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you once the damage is verified.

If the item you received does not match your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To resolve this quickly, we will need:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the part you received, including the label on the box showing the part number.

  • The VIN of your vehicle to re-verify the correct fitment.

Once we confirm the error, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and arrange for the correct part to be sent to you as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Please do not send any items back to the address on your shipping label. Before returning a part, you must contact our support team to receive an Authorized Return Address and an RMA number. Shipping items to the wrong warehouse without authorization will result in a delayed or denied refund.

We stand behind the quality of our parts, offering a warranty ranging from 12 months to a Lifetime Warranty, depending on the specific module and its condition.

To activate your warranty, the part must be installed by a certified mechanic, and any failure must be accompanied by a diagnostic report. Please note that the warranty covers the replacement of the defective part only and does not include labor costs or damages from improper installation. Any unauthorized repairs or opening of the module will void your coverage immediately.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different part, please return the original item for a refund (subject to our return policy) and place a new order for the correct part to ensure you get it as quickly as possible.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process the refund within 5–7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may take an additional few days.
