14-Day “No Questions Asked” Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason. Whether you changed your mind or no longer need the part, we’ve got you covered.
- Unused & Uninstalled Items: A 15% restocking fee applies to all items returned in their original, uninstalled condition.
- Installed Items: If the module has been installed or plugged into a vehicle, a 40% restocking fee applies. This covers the cost of re-testing and re-certifying the electronic components to ensure they meet our strict quality standards for the next customer.
Order Cancellations
We pride ourselves on our speed and offer Same Day Shipping for most orders. Because of this fast turnaround, the window to cancel an order is very small.
- If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately via email or contact form.
- Once an order has been processed and a tracking number generated, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return.
Exchanges
Need a different version or a different part? We make exchanges easy.
- If you ordered the wrong part, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
- The fastest way to exchange is to place a new order for the correct item and return the original for a refund (minus the applicable restocking fee).

How to Initiate a Return
