New or unused items will be returned within 14 days. If you find a malfunction you can make a request and return the money without any questions. A 15% restocking fee will apply. All you need to do is contact our customer support department via the contact form or by email email@example.com.
You will be sent instructions on how to pack and send the product back to us.
Cancellation of the product is possible as long as the product has not yet been shipped. We try to ship the items on the day of your order (except weekends and holidays). Contact us as soon as possible so that we can cancel your order without having to go through the refund process.

A 15% restocking fee will apply if the Module was not installed. A 40% restocking fee will apply if you use/install Module and then return it to us for refund.
After the refund or cancellation of the order, we will try to refund your credit as soon as possible, but please allow within 14 business days from the date of cancellation or refund to return the credit to your account.
Sending Your Return
When returning the module, attach a copy of the return authorization email you received from our customer support department. Wrap the module securely in its packaging to avoid unexpected breakdowns. Mark the outside of the package with the RMA number. We recommend that you insure shipping for all returns.
