- Restocking Fees: 15% fee for unused & uninstalled items (in original condition) to cover shipping and restocking costs.
- Cancellations: Same-day shipping means a very small cancellation window. Once a tracking number is generated, it must be processed as a return.
- Exchanges: Contact support to arrange an exchange. The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item.

Warranty
- Coverage: Includes a free 1-Year Limited Warranty (some items feature a Lifetime Warranty — check the badge on the product image). Covers repairs or replacements.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover failures caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, off-road/racing use, or environmental damage.
- Labor & Fees: We do NOT cover labor, towing, or rental car charges.
- Refunds: Cash refunds under warranty are only issued if a repair or replacement is impossible.
